The residential sign installation options below include up to a 20 mile one-way trip measured from the center of downtown Lakeland (100 E. Main Street, Lakeland, FL 33801).
Each residential package includes ALL of the following:1. Electronic confirmation of your order submission
2. Follow Florida Statute 556 and call 811 (Sunshine State One Call of Florida) to have underground utilities marked before we dig
3. Install our standard 5" wide VINYL sign post
4. Provide mounting hardware for attaching your sign panel
5. Hang your sign panel and any applicable rider
6. Send you E-mail confirmation that sign has been installed
7. Remove your sign upon sale or listing expiration
8. Send you an E-mail confirming the removal of your sign
9. Store your sign panel and rider until your next listing

The commercial sign installation options below include up to a 20 mile one-way trip measured from the center of downtown Lakeland (100 E. Main Street, Lakeland, FL 33801).
Each commercial package includes ALL of the following:
1. Electronic confirmation of your order submission
2. Follow Florida Statute 556 and call 811 (Sunshine State One Call of Florida) to have underground utilities marked before we dig
3. Hang your sign panel and any applicable rider
4. Send you E-mail confirmation that sign has been installed
5. Remove your sign upon sale or listing expiration
6. Send you an E-mail confirming the removal of your sign
OPTION 1) We install and remove YOUR posts, hang YOUR sign panel AND then store your sign panel and posts between uses for up to 6 months:
3’ x 4’ OR 4’ x 4’ sign panel = $40
Two 3’ x 4’ OR 4’ x 4’ sign panels set in a “V” on 3 posts = $60
4’ x 8’ sign = $50
4' x 8' sign panel set vertically = $50

OPTION 2) We install and remove OUR posts, hang YOUR sign panel AND then store your sign panel between uses for up to 6 months:

Terms and Conditions
Sales taxes are due on all Sign Postman transactions
Standard vinyl sign posts are warranted for one year not to crack or discolor
A surcharge of $30 is applied if check is returned for non-sufficient funds
Accounts unpaid by the first day of the second month after invoicing are subject to account suspension and removal of signs
Accounts unpaid by the first day of the month after invoicing are assessed a $10 late fee plus 18% annualized interest
A trip surcharge is applicable if the installation is outside the 20 mile radius from 100 E. Main Street, Lakeland, FL
Sign Postman's sign post is NOT to be moved or relocated by anyone other than Sign Postman personnel
Personal items are NOT to be attached to Sign Postman's sign post property without prior written approval
Customer is responsible for designation of property boundaries, their personal underground utilities and sprinkler lines
Installation will be scheduled within two business days of notification that underground utilities have been marked
It is the sole responsibility of the agent (or designee) to immediately e-mail removal and repair requests to Sign Postman, agent's failure to do so resulting in lost/damaged or stolen posts or attached items (which are the property of Sign Postman and rented to you) will be subject to a $50 charge.
